How to Register for Classes

To register for classes, you must use ePAWS.

Each class is assigned a five (5) digit call number. You can find the call number for every class in the semester class schedule, or online. If a class does not have a call number, you will need to contact the department that is teaching the class.

In ePAWS, you add or drop classes by entering the call number. If you have any problems using ePAWS, contact Admissions & Records.

Registration Schedule

Registering for classes is based upon your standing at the university and your last name. Check the schedule.

In-Person Transactions

The following transactions must be done in-person at Admissions & Records. A photo ID is required for all transactions.

Fee Holds

If you have an outstanding financial obligation (late fees, parking tickets, library fines...) to the university, you may have a fee hold on your record. You must clear all fee holds before you can register for classes. Clear your account at the Cashier's Office, (775) 784-6915.
